[Outreachy announcement] 24 new Outreachy internship projects

Greetings,

There's two weeks left in the application period, and there's still time to get your contributions in! 57% of Outreachy applicants get a contribution merged within two weeks, so it's best to get started early. You only need to start a contribution in order for you to record it in the Outreachy website and make your final application.
